Returnable items




Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receipt must meet the following criteria:


1. The faulty item is damaged/damaged upon arrival.


2. The size/color of the received item is incorrect.





Non returnable items




We will not accept returns in the following situations:


1. Projects beyond the 30 day warranty period.


2. Items that have been cleaned, worn, used, or misused.




Attention: All returns must be authorized by our team through the support center. We do not accept returned goods without a return receipt (RMA).






Return process and timeline




Please carefully follow our return process to minimize any delays:


If your item can be returned (see above), please submit a ticket in our support center stating your:

Reason for return


Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a return receipt (RMA) and our return address.


3. Please return the goods according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us a return certificate in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt.


Once we receive the returned item, we will send you an email and arrange for redemption or refund within 3 days.




Please allow our after-sales team to process your request within 3-6 working days. Afterwards, please note the following refund times:


For credit card refunds, please allow 7-14 working days to process the transaction.


For PayPal refunds, please allow 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.


For wallet refunds (store credit), please allow 24 hours to update your account.






Return shipping cost and address




Our goal is to provide services that benefit all of our loyal customers. All of our other global customers can return to our warehouse. Before returning the goods, please make sure to contact us and submit a R. with the relevant address M. Form A (Return Authorization).




1. All shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. This includes the shipping cost for returns or exchanges. The shipping fee is non refundable.


2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping cost. We suggest that you use the cheapest air registration method.
